Per topic: what we do, what it refers to and what is still being decided. We prefer an honest explanation over a claim we cannot back up.

No overselling

We match sold capacity to what is actually available. The exact definition and capacity limits are still being documented; we do not fill in utilisation figures that are not confirmed.

Clear resources

We make RAM, CPU and storage explicit per hosting type. Reserved RAM is not the same as a shared vCPU, and a VPS does not mean exclusive physical cores. For Laravel we determine resources per application.

24/7 monitoring

Monitoring produces signals about availability, load, storage, certificates and backup status. What happens next — who looks, how fast, with what priority — follows from the SLA, not from monitoring itself.

Backups and recovery

Backups retained for 30 days for WordPress and WooCommerce; you request a restore and we carry it out. Frequency, restore points and the Laravel backup policy are still being defined.

Expertise per technology

WordPress updates, WooCommerce compatibility and Laravel upgrades are different work with different risks. We treat them as different work, with their own checks and scope.
