Extensions and rates
Proposal — confirm ratesAll amounts are per year and exclude VAT. We also show renewal pricing, because that is what you live with longest — no first-year discount that quietly disappears at renewal.
You stay the owner
The domain is registered in your organisation's name, not ours. You can always transfer it away; we do not use transfer barriers or exit fees.
We handle DNS
On registration or migration we set the DNS records correctly, including your existing email. Later DNS changes are hands-on work and come out of your annual hours.
Renewal without surprises
Well before the renewal date we tell you what is being renewed and at what price. Letting a domain lapse is fine too — just say so.
Separate from your plan
A domain is not automatically part of an annual plan. You can take it separately or arrange it together with your plan; it makes no difference to the service.
Questions about domains
Can I transfer my existing domain?+
Yes. You request a transfer code from your current provider and we handle the rest. If your website moves too, we include the domain in the migration so site and email keep working.
Is email hosting included?+
No, a domain name is not the same as email hosting. If you already use email on this domain, we make sure it keeps working. Want email with us? Let us know and we will look at the options.
How quickly is my domain active?+
A new registration is usually active quickly; a transfer takes longer because your current provider and the registry have to cooperate. We deliberately state no fixed turnaround we do not control.
What if my name is taken?+
Then we help you think about a different spelling or extension. We do not broker the purchase of existing domains and make no statements about trademark rights — for that we refer you to a lawyer.
